In addition to creating a logo and invitation for this show, Mikula-Harris created a direct mail postcard campaign to make sure customers of U.S. Foodservice – Knoxville Division received a reminder about the show once each week. The clever postcards feature a landmark idea in the foodservice industry, reinforcing the message that U.S. Foodservice and the food show are sources of new menu ideas for the customer.
